I made a Classic New York style cheesecake but I use Oreo cookies for crush and I had to have a lemon-blueberry topping with some delicious whipped cream on top!I just cant eat a regular cheesecake, It has to have some topping or filling It’s like stepping on a ladder without any grip strut. My eldest son however prefers a classic cheesecake with just whipped cream on top. But not me, my 2 children and neither does my husband. We have to have something else to add flavor and indulgence. I made it last Friday, eaten on Saturday and gone by Monday! And that’s with strict discipline to only eat it after dinner.
